Thank you for visiting our store. Because we specialize in pre-owned and vintage watches, all items are sold under the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
All watches are pre-owned; therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. Condition Disclosure
Each watch is photographed and described to the best of our ability.
Normal signs of age or wear are expected with vintage items and are not grounds for return.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
All watches are 100% authentic.
If you believe there is an authenticity concern, a written report from a certified watchmaker or authorized service center must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Mechanical Variation
Vintage mechanical watches may have minor deviations in accuracy. This is normal and not considered a defect.
5. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage occurring after delivery.
Insured shipping with signature is recommended.
6. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers must review all photos, descriptions, and measurements and ask any questions.
